Do not claim the payed artwork as your creation.

Do not trade or resell any commissioned artwork.

I claim the copyright rights and clients cannot use the commission commercially unless discussed.

Payment is via PayPal only.

I can decline any commission.

The client will have to pay 50% of the set/agreed price upfront and the other 50% right before receiving the final finished piece.

Note: I will only start the drawing process once I receive the initial payment.

After each payment is requested, you have 48 hours to pay it.

Commission process can take up to 1 month therefore please be patient.

Refunds are allowed if it's only in a sketching process but other than that refunds aren't allowed.

If the client goes no contact without warning for 2 weeks, or frequently cancels commissions, the commission will be canceled.

When the artwork is finished, I will first send a watermarked + lower resolution. After receiving the other 50% payment I will finally send the unwatermarked + higher resolution.
